Help for IE users that get stuck on the login page...
Certain combinations of Internet Explorer and Windows Vista security settings cause some members to be locked out of our sites.
There are a couple of known solutions to the problem if you don't want to just say screw it and switch to Firefox :p
First, Try This
The simple solution that seems to work 90% of the time is to simply close all open IE browsers and then re-open the browser and you should be fine. Although effective, the problem may continue to pop up from time to time and so whenever it does, closing the browser and re-opening it is the solution.
Next, Try This
Adding itch sites to your list of trusted sites is another option. Here are the step by step instructions for how to do that...
1) Goto Tools->Internet Options
2) Click the Security Tab, then select the Trusted Sites zone (Green Checkmark)
3) Click the Sites button next to Trusted Sites and then enter any itch domain you are having problems with. You will probably also want to add http://itch.com and http://www.itch.com.
To add all itch sites:
http://itch.com
http://www.itch.com
http://kob.itch.com
http://kobx.itch.com
http://oec.itch.com
http://oepro.itch.com
http://racekings.itch.com
http://wildisle.itch.com
http://karate.itch.com
http://gangs.itch.com
Make sure you un-check the Require Server Verification (https) checkbox.
4) Close all open IE windows and then re-open and you should be able to login to any site that you just added as a trusted site.
