I have a similar login problem. When i try to login into the arcade it re-directs me to the forums without signing me into the arcade.

We've had issues where some users haven't been able to log into some of our games since the server move. We'll be tracking all of those issues in this thread. A few suggestions for players having issues:

1. Clear your cache and cookies and try to login.

2. Try logging in from a different web browser (so if you're using IE, try Firefox, or vice versa). If one browser works and the other doesn't, please report here.

3. If you're using windows, try the following:
Start->Run-CMD to bring up a windows command prompt. Type 'ping kob.itch.com' or 'ping oec.itch.com' or whatever the domain is for the game you're trying to log into. It will tell you the IP address that the game is hitting. IP addresses are a long number separated with 3 periods. If the IP address doesn't start with 67.225.176 then please post here to let us know.

4. Try logging in from a different PC. If another person is playing the same itch game on that PC, it is OK to log in from that PC for the puprose of testing this issue to get it resolved, but do not repeatedly log in from that other PC for the same itch game as it against our TOS.

5. If none of the above work, please post that you tried them and we'll update this thread as we continue to work on resolving this issue.

Hey its me huskers1 I pingged and it had the exact numbers you had. I'm not computer savey so I don't know the browser thing but I've deleted my cookies and cache . The login screen stays the same after I try to login

done all of the above. no dice.

cleared cache, history everything didnt work.

switched from IE to firefox works.

IP is correct 67.255.176.125

and havent tried a new computer

I done cleared the cache a few dozen times and all that and I finally got back by reloading IE.

I don,t know if this has anything to with anything but when I try to logon and the screen doesn't move I clicked on "HOME,RACE then CARS"and this came up.
Element PLAYERNAME is undefined in SESSION.

i too have that problem i have to reset my account about 4-5 times a DAY.

today is the first ive encountered the bug. After i log in, it takes me back to the page that says i need to log in.

how do i get out of this loop?

well, i got into OE through Firefox, but now my spy reports dont work

Won't let me log in, it keeps pushing me out to the registration page. I have cleared the cookies and I have also Pinged kob.itch.com and it came up as the right IP address. Any fixes yet?
